Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

3

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or supplier updates. All products are subject to availability, and we may update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4

Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We will send you an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted and payment has been received. A contract is formed at that point. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where there is an error in pricing, product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5

Prices & Payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (where applicable). We accept payment via our approved payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, Afterpay, PayPal, credit/debit card). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not store your full card details.

6

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on your location, courier delays and other factors outside our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is dispatched.

7

Returns & Faulty Goods

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

8
